Your appointment begins with a relaxed and thorough conversation about your symptoms, your history, and your goals. From there, a physical assessment helps build a clear picture of what's going on. This may include an internal pelvic floor examination, though this is always explained fully beforehand and entirely your choice.
You'll leave with a personalised treatment plan, tailored to what matters most to you, whether that's getting back to exercise, feeling more confident day-to-day, or simply understanding your body better.
You don't have to manage this alone. Help is here.
Pelvic health follow up 45 mins, £70
A lot can happen between appointments - and this session is dedicated entirely to making the most of your progress so far.
In your 45 minutes together, you can expect:
A symptom and progress check-in - how have things been since your last appointment?
Time to ask questions - anything you forgot to ask, thought of on the way home, or have been wondering about since
Exercise technique check - making sure you're doing everything correctly and getting the most out of your home programme
Programme progression - advancing your exercises as your strength and control improve
Introduction of adjuncts where appropriate - such as biofeedback, electrical stimulation or manual therapy to support your rehab further
This is your dedicated time, and every minute of it is focused on moving you closer to your goals. No question is too small, and your experience between sessions really matters.

Lots of information can be gained from an internal pelvic floor muscle assessment which can be the root of your symptoms. However, not everyone wants an internal examination and not everyone therefore has one.
If indicated, the internal examination will be discussed in detail and full (verbal and written), informed (you know what the assessment contains) consent is always gained first.
